The entrance to May’s cottage is through the sheltered gardens, then via a split stable door into a truly spacious kitchen fully fitted with oak units, electric cooker with oven, microwave, fridge freezer, and automatic washing machine. All utensils and crockery are provided.

A short step leads directly into the beamed-ceiling dining room with its original farmhouse flagstone floor, with an oval six seater pine dining table and sideboard.

The spacious lounge features the original marble fireplace, a three-piece suite with a television, DVD / video player and Freeview channels. Double French doors lead into a sunny, south-facing garden with patio furniture.
An open pinewood staircase leads to three bedrooms, one double, one with twin beds, and a smaller single room - all with fitted carpets, wardrobes and storage.

The large bathroom has a cream suite, shower over bath, shaver point and airing cupboard.

The soft furnishing, paneled doors leaded light windows conserve the homely atmosphere of May's cottage, whilst full double glazing and central heating ensure modern comfort.
