Appletree Cottage
Appletree Cottage - a much loved name for a country retreat, and an apt description for this 18th century hide-away beautifully adapted for modern-day holidays and living - even down to its own, gnarled appletree. They're yours, in season!

Barley Cottage
Barley Cottage is an idyllic country hideway with hand restored flag stoned floors and a large inglenook fireplace with original bread oven discovered during renovation. Barley cottage is spacious and open, ideal for a family holiday.

Manor Cottage
Manor Cottage has a chequered past, thought originally to be the bake house for Manor House, it has also housed chickens in its time, but today is a cosy hide-away for holiday makers.

The most striking features are its sizable inglenook hinting at its working past and its view over an award winning traditional cottage garden.

Mays Cottage
May’s Cottage was named after the lady who lived in it for most of her years. Whilst it was called Chestnut House, the locals always referred to it as May’s Cottage. According to May, the gnarly Appletree in the garden is over 100 years old.

This secluded cottage has been sympathetically adapted to conserve its 18th Century traditional features, whilst providing all modern comforts and amenities for the 21st Century holidaymaker.

Woodbine Cottage
Woodbine Cottage in Chestnut Lane - the address itself sums up the cosiness of this holiday retreat! The owners of Appletree Cottage built Woodbine cottage for their daughter when she married, where she lived for more than 70 years.
